They Complete Me!
Indeed! I still have a parallel port printer cable! Sixteen Feet Long!
Load More Replies...They are useful tho. This year alone, We've pulled out like 4 cables from the shoebox in the attic, and all 4 of those are like 5 years old, but were the specific ones needed.
Here's the thing guys, when you "throw them out" (IE hide them in the garage) make sure a cable she needs is in there, then when she asks you can do the whole "Oh, NOW you need my cable collection?" 😁
My DH is like that. So I started storing extra cords in a shoebox in the closet, but he keeps buying more.
You can take my collection of random cords when you pry them from my cold dead hands.
At least keep them in a box. I have a plastic bin under my workbench int he basement where I store mine, problem solved
Especially when you suddenly need one specific cord for something

Thank You!❤️
“Having your first child, I think, is the single most life-changing event one will experience,” says licensed marriage and family therapist Brittany Salling. Parents who previously were responsible for only themselves undergo a dramatic lifestyle switch and become around-the-clock caregivers to little human beings.
“In the beginning, they need help sleeping, eating, burping, and changing. Suddenly, there is a new member in the family who is completely reliant on you, thus requiring a lot of time, patience, and finances in addition to what you were already doing before. As a result, the time that was previously reserved for you, your partner, your friends, and sleep drastically changed. This can be an extremely difficult transition,” she explains.

Happy Anniversary!
Real life doesn't get in the way of special occasions; sometimes it IS the special occasion.
Salling mentions that not having family close by can make the shift to parenthood even more difficult. “If new parents, or any parents, have family or a community of friends in their area, I encourage them to ask for help when needed as well as time for connecting as a couple.
If families do not have family nearby, I also encourage new families to find communities of support. Even if there are family and friends in the area to support the parents, I still recommend finding communities of other parents in the same life stages as you.”
Late Night Talk...
Their use, both husband and wife create these
Load More Replies...Early on in our relationship I made a deal with my wife... she could talk in bed and I would try to listen, but I made her promise not to go mad if I fell a sleep. Usually I am out before my head touches the pillow...
My voice is excellent for phone work and for calming upset callers, but it also puts loved ones to sleep. Good for children, bad for lovers!

I swear, children have a death wish. I have no idea how any of us survive to adulthood.
I drank bleach, got hit by cars, ate glowsticks, burned, got stabbed, and got hit by a firework. All of this had happened from ages 1-12.
Load More Replies...My toddler had to electrocute himself twice before he decided it really wasn't worth it to test every outlet in the house.
It's too small for fingers anyhow and the contact points are too far internally to get a shock. Now if he had a fork or something 🤔
Partners of birthing parents also should be extra attentive and supportive during this time, as they find the first three months especially challenging, still being in recovery from labor, and being the main food providers for the baby (if they choose to breastfeed).
“I always recommend the other partner take time off of work if it is offered. If the non-birthing partner has access to parent leave, ALWAYS use it! If they are unavailable, it can be helpful to maybe have family come visit during that time.”
We Saw Deadpool & Wolverine !!!! 🤩❤️😵💥
Thank you for not speiling out the spoilers ❤️ I cant wait to see this! I just have to wait a little...
Kudos to Jude and Maya for getting a baby sitter so everyone else could enjoy the movie, too!

Hah hah, the facial expressions of the two children are priceless. I love the melted chocolate oozing off the little boy's teeth.
She emphasizes that the focus should be on the birthing parent and helping them to recover, which allows them to transition into motherhood with as little stress as possible. “Making meals, taking care of the baby so mom can nap or shower, supporting mom through breastfeeding if they choose, and making sure their needs are met is so important. Doing things such as laundry, cleaning up the house, or taking care of the other children can help mom rest, relax, and recover. In short form, focus on taking care of mom and doing all the things that will help her recover and relax.”

Happy Birthday, Princess!!! 🤩❤️👸
You guys rock she will love the sh¡t out of that cake masterclass in style.
In a whirlwind of parenting, it’s also important to check in with the significant others and not put too much pressure on themselves. “In the early days, I encourage parents to not focus on all the things that need to get done because that list will never be done but to work towards finding opportunities of connection. Cuddling in bed while streaming a good show can be good, ordering food from your favorite restaurant to enjoy at home can be a welcome treat, and making sure you are checking in with each other.”
Merry Christmas! ❤️🎅❄️

That's Not Mine...
Can be painful if they get stuck in your bum crack too. Oh lordy, I've just noticed the aubergine pattern on his boxers....
Yeah random bum crack rope isn't fun , luckily I haven't had that problem since I cut my hair.....and then started going bald.
Load More Replies...Hah hah, I love the aubergine /egg-plant pattern on his boxers.
Hey, the fact she left something down there means you're still having a great love life
It‘s not about the shedding! It‘s about the „finding long hair everywhere“. And it is frustratingly funny. I‘m a woman with long hair.
Load More Replies...She further reassures that after the early days, it can get easier to leave the house, even with the baby. “It might take some planning where before you could spur-of-the-moment hop in the car, but getting out of the house, even just for a walk around the block, can be a nice change of scenery.
It is important that both parents feel comfortable being alone with the baby as well to allow parents to have some time alone or with friends without the baby when needed. At the end of the day, babies are portable as well, and although it might not always go to plan, you can still experience many of the joys of life with a baby in tow.”

It is definitely part of a good marriage to be sexually attracted to each other.
I love that aspect of these. Especially after 2 kids, it's such a feel-good moment to see a couple who still see each other as the hot people who made those kids!
Load More Replies...Honestly, That's Not Mine...😳😧
I never understood a guy having a problem holding a purse. It reeks of fragile masculinity to me. How insecure do you have to be to worry whether someone sees you holding a purse?
Especially since you’re standing next to your wife, ffs. I mean, what better proof that there’s a woman in your life who loves you than something like holding her purse? Or buying her feminine products and chocolate? Those are things that any incel would gladly give his left nut to be able to do, even though they’d never admit it.
Load More Replies...No one, but no one, is going to look at me and Mr Auntriarch and think it's his handbag just because he's holding it. I mean, our colour schemes are totally different.
That's always been my concern holding my wife's purse. If my shoes don't match the purse, I'm worried people will make assumptions about my sense of style.
Load More Replies...My wife and I were in the pub and she suddenly said, oh I forgot to buy my Tampons. I said I'll pop down to the local shop and grab some to tide you over till we go shopping. A couple of the blokes with us were shocked, I would happily go into a shop and buy them. I said I'm a hefty six foot bloke, I can't imagine anyone will think I'm buying them for me! people are weird.
Can‘t speak for purses, but my husband is less embarrassed than I am buying period products :D
It was a bigger embarrassment in the 80s and 90s. That 50s mentality of men with steaks and cigars evolved into quite the monster. You could lose a good job in the 80s being caught holding your wife's purse as if you weren't man enough and wouldn't work hard enough anymore or you'd start decorating your office or something lol toxic masculinity of the 80s-90s
For you snowflakes taking this picture seriously, it is a joke. Good hell, y’all must be fun at parties.
For those who may worry if they can manage welcoming an additional member to the family, Salling calms them by saying that it does get easier. “If one chooses to welcome siblings, those transitions tend to be a little easier simply because the experience of that change has already occurred with the first child, and your life most likely has already adapted for children.”

Love this comic. It's so cute and adorable and sexy. Almost everyone sees themselves doing some of those Olympics. I love the way her feet and toes are drawn
I've been seeing their work since the first pregnancy, and even though I don't have kids, it's so damn relatable. Also love the way they drawn themselves honestly and the the characters don't try to look perfect.
They don't? Honestly, that's the only part I don't find relatable is their physique.
Load More Replies...These are cute, and pretty relatable. I have lived most of the comics in this thread.
I've never seen these artists before but I really really like their work! It is relatable to me as a parent and then I went to find a picture of them and they do look surprisingly and totally like their drawings. Wot woooot! Beautiful and funny couple that has something amazing going on with their drawing style, imo. I want more of these!!!!
I LOVE this couple!!! Please publish more of their work!! I too, have been following them since Maya's 1st pregnancy. "Cathy Roberts", you can go online to see the real Maya and Yehuda and Devir. Their drawings have a perfect comic resemblance. They are young, and parenting 2 very active children and journaling their experiences growing 2 children and trying to balance a life as loving partners. Their physical appearance really is not the message, well.. they make fun of themselves 😞
I have 6 kids, 14 grandchildren and 3 Greats, and they have hit all the marks, love the comics and hope more to come.
Haven't even looked at these yet by had to say I love the Devirs! Have for a long time! I love a photo of the cartoon couple and real life couple balancing on each other. Edit: I don't have children and never will but so much is still so relatable.
Just saw all the posts of that photo and more. Glad to see the love they're getting.
